سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق القرآن الكريم

1. مقدّمة

نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق «القرآن الكريم» مع المعلومات على جهازك. تطبيقنا مخصّص لقراءة وتلاوة القرآن الكريم والاستماع إلى القرّاء وتدريب التسميع، ولا يجمع بياناتك الشخصية ولا يرسلها إلى خوادمنا.

2. البيانات التي نتعامل معها

2.1 لا نجمع بيانات شخصية

التطبيق لا يطلب منك إنشاء حساب، ولا يجمع اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك أو أي بيانات تعريفية، ولا يُرسل أي إحصاءات استخدام إلى خوادمنا.

2.2 بيانات تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط

• تفضيلاتك (القارئ المختار، الرواية، حجم الخط، الوضع الليلي).
• السور التي تنزّلها للاستماع دون إنترنت (تُخزَّن داخل التطبيق فقط).
• تقدّمك في التسميع وآخر آية وصلت إليها.

هذه البيانات تبقى على جهازك وتُحذف بحذف التطبيق.

2.3 الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

• الإنترنت: لجلب أصوات القرّاء من خدمة mp3quran.net ولاستخدام خدمة التعرّف على الكلام من Google.
• الميكروفون (RECORD_AUDIO): لاستخدام ميزة «التسميع» فقط، حيث يُحوَّل صوتك إلى نص محلياً عبر خدمة Google Speech Recognition. لا نسجّل صوتك ولا نخزّنه على أي خادم تابع لنا.
• التخزين: لحفظ ملفات الصوت التي تختار تنزيلها للاستماع دون إنترنت.

3. الخدمات الخارجية

التطبيق يستخدم الخدمات التالية فقط لجلب المحتوى:

• mp3quran.net — لقائمة القرّاء وملفات التلاوة الصوتية. (mp3quran.net)
• Al-Quran Cloud API — لجلب نصّ القرآن الكريم. (alquran.cloud)
• Google Speech Recognition — لتحويل الصوت إلى نص أثناء التسميع. تنطبق سياسة خصوصية Google على هذه الخدمة.

4. الإعلانات والتتبع

التطبيق لا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبع تحليلية (مثل Firebase Analytics أو Google Analytics أو غيرها).

5. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار، ولا نجمع عمداً أي بيانات من الأطفال دون 13 سنة لأننا لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية أصلاً.

6. أمان البيانات

لأن جميع بياناتك تبقى على جهازك، فإن أمانها يعتمد على إجراءات الحماية الخاصة بهاتفك (قفل الشاشة، التشفير المُدمج في Android، إلخ).

7. حقوقك

يمكنك في أي وقت:

• منع إذن الميكروفون من إعدادات النظام (سيتعطّل التسميع فقط).
• حذف الملفات الصوتية المحمّلة من داخل التطبيق.
• حذف التطبيق بالكامل لإزالة كل بياناتك المحلية.

8. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة. ستجد دائماً آخر نسخة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث في الأعلى.

1. Introduction

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the The Holy Qur'an Android app handles information on your device. The app is intended for reading and listening to the Holy Qur'an and for recitation practice. We do not collect personal data and do not send your data to our servers.

2. Data we handle

2.1 No personal data collection

The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifying data. No usage analytics are sent to our servers.

2.2 Data stored locally on your device

• Preferences (selected reciter, riwayah, font size, dark mode).
• Surah audio you choose to download for offline listening.
• Recitation progress and last position.

This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

2.3 Permissions

• Internet: to fetch reciter audio from mp3quran.net and to use Google's speech recognition service.
• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): used only by the recitation feature. Your voice is converted to text by the on-device Google Speech Recognition service. We do not record your voice and do not store it on any server of ours.
• Storage: to save audio files you choose to download for offline listening.

3. Third-party services

The app uses these services solely to fetch content:

• mp3quran.net — reciter list and audio files.
• Al-Quran Cloud API — Qur'an text.
• Google Speech Recognition — speech-to-text during recitation. Google's privacy policy applies to this service.

4. Ads & tracking

The app contains no advertisements and no analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).

5. Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 because we do not collect personal data at all.

6. Security

Since all your data stays on your device, its security relies on your device protections (screen lock, Android encryption, etc.).

7. Your rights

• Revoke the microphone permission from system settings (only the recitation feature will stop working).
• Delete downloaded audio from inside the app.
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when new features are added. The latest version is always available on this page with an updated date at the top.
